2 medium-sized eggplants
2 green peppers, sweet slices
1 hot green pepper, sliced
4 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tbsp.tomato paste Salt and black pepper
11/2-cup oil  

Method of preparation

1. Round cut eggplant slices and then fried in oil to a golden color.
2. Fry sweet pepper and chili slices in oil.
3. In a saucepan on the fire, fry the garlic with a little oil to become a golden color and then put tomato sauce, sliced bell peppers, eggplant, salt and pepper, leave for for 2-3 minutes.
4 .All ingredients are placed in a tray and then enter the oven for 20 minutes, offering Egyptian eggplant moussaka with dry bread or soft.
