2 tbsp. Mogat, which is a herb sold at Attar, a mixture of ground fenugreek and nuts
2 tbsp. margarine,
2 tbsp. margarine,
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. sesame
2 cups water

Method of preparation

1.In a saucepan on the fire, toasted sesame with margarine, add mogat and stir carefully to get a light brown color.
2. Dissolve sugar in water, and then add to the mixture and leave to boil.
3.Pour drink mogat and garnish with nuts on top.
