2 cups bean poached
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chopped parsley for garnish
1/4-cup olive oil for garnish
Tomatoes cut small pieces for decorating
Method of preparation:
1.Mix all ingredients with olive oil and then placed in a pan over low heat.
2.leave until the boil then stir well.
3.Pour the fava beans in a serving dish and garnish with olive oil, tomatoes and parsley.
